A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Schmitz, Carl-Benz-Straße 6, 76437 Rastatt, Germany, Tel.: 017684147584, Email: christian.schmitz95@web.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also use the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://www.mylona.de /pages /widerrufsbelehrung Complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Hallo und schön, dass du zu uns gefunden hast!

Wir sind eine kleines Team von Tierliebhabern aus der Region Rastatt/Karlsruhe, die eines gemeinsam haben: die Liebe zu Hunden und Katzen – und die Überzeugung, dass unsere Fellfreunde nur das Beste verdienen.

Wie alles begann

Die Idee zu mylumy entstand bei einem unserer gemütlichen Abende mit Freunden – wie so oft drehte sich das Gespräch irgendwann um unsere Haustiere. Jeder von uns hatte schon die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es gar nicht so leicht ist, gute und durchdachte Produkte für Hunde und Katzen zu finden: hochwertig, praktisch und gleichzeitig mit Herz ausgesucht.

So reifte die Idee, unsere Kräfte zu bündeln und einen Shop aufzubauen, in dem wir nur Produkte anbieten, die wir auch unseren eigenen Tieren geben würden.

Unsere Verbindung zum Tierschutz

Tiere sind für uns keine „Produkte“, sondern Familienmitglieder. Darum ist uns der Bezug zu den lokalen Tierheimen in Rastatt und Karlsruhe besonders wichtig.

Wir besuchen die Hunde und Katzen dort regelmäßig – manchmal einfach nur, um ihnen Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken, manchmal auch, um ihnen eine kleine Freude zu bereiten, indem wir Produkte aus unserem Shop mitbringen.

Unser Versprechen

mylumy ist kein anonymer Dienstleister, sondern ein Herzensprojekt von Menschen, die Tiere genauso lieben wie ihr. Jeder Einkauf unterstützt nicht nur unseren Traum, sondern trägt auch dazu bei, dass wir weiterhin kleine Gesten der Freude in die Tierheime unserer Umgebung bringen können.
