A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Schmitz, Carl-Benz-Straße 6, 76437 Rastatt, Germany, Tel.: 017684147584, Email: christian.schmitz95@web.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also use the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://www.mylona.de /pages /widerrufsbelehrung Complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Hey - schön, dass du da bist 🙂

Ich bin Christian, 30 Jahre alt und seit meiner Kindheit Gamer mit Leib und Seele, der tausende von Spielstunden angesammelt hat.

Früher bestand mein Spaß im Gaming darin stundenlang das beste Gear zu grinden oder den nächsthöchsten Rank zu erreichen. Heute sieht das anders aus: Nach der Arbeit ziehe ich mein Headset auf, lehne mich zurück — und genieße entspannte Sessions mit den Jungs.

Wie es angefangen hat

Die Idee zu mylumy entstand bei einem unserer gemütlichen Zockerabende mit den Jungs – wie so oft drehte sich das Gespräch irgendwann um unser Setup.

Jeder von uns hatte im Prinzip diesselben Probleme - Rückenschmerzen durch ungemütliche Gaming-Stühle, unaufgerärumte Schreibtische und veraltete RGB Leuchten die man sich als Jugendlicher gekauft hat.

Da kam mir irgendwann die Frage:
Warum gibt es eigentlich kein Gaming-Zubehör, das wirklich auf Komfort und Alltag ausgelegt ist?

Unsere Mission

Wir helfen Gamern, smarter, bequemer und gesünder zu spielen.

Nicht mit noch mehr Technik, sondern mit Dingen, die dein Setup wirklich aufwerten: Komfort, Ordnung, Design. Unsere Mission ist es, Komfort zu einem festen Bestandteil des Gaming-Lifestyles zu machen. Denn das, was früher Leistung war, ist heute Entspannung.

Und wir glauben, dass man diese Haltung auch im eigenen Setup spüren sollte.

Gaming ist für uns Veteranen längst mehr als Wettkampf – es ist Entspannung. Wie ein Ritual nach einem langen Tag. Ein Moment, den man bewusst genießt. Und genau dafür ist diese Marke gemacht: Für alle, die ihr Spiel lieben, aber dabei nicht auf Bequemlichkeit verzichten wollen.

Ob du dich nach Feierabend in dein Lieblingsspiel fallen lässt oder mit Freunden ein paar entspannte Stunden online verbringst – hier geht es darum, dass du dich dabei richtig wohl fühlst.
